The user has agreed to accept the following conditions applying to this dataset:

The P114 data held in the UKERC Energy Data Centre is subject to a formal licence
agreement signed by the Science and Technology Facilities Council and Elexon Ltd, which
may be renewed annually.

The licence permits STFC to grant access rights to a nominated third party body, subject
to prior approval by Elexon Ltd.  currently the following Universities have signed a
formal agreement and have been granted access rights.

Each nominated body is only allowed to use the data “for the purpose of participating in
or in connection with electricity trading in Great Britain”.

Each nominated body has agreed that the data is disseminated within its organisation only
on a “need to know basis”; that access will not be granted to any person who is not an
employee or officer of the nominated body; and that persons within the organisation will
ensure that the data is kept strictly confidential.

The Data is supplied as indicative data only, on an “as is” basis, and no guarantee is
made as to its accuracy (please see the relevant metadata entry for the history of the
Data)

The Data is supplied to the named applicant for academic research purposes only and should
not be passed on to third parties (please make a separate application for all users who
need access to the Data)

The Data may be used as the basis for academic publications (users are requested to
acknowledge the source of the data in any such publication, recognising the UKERC Energy
Data Centre and Elexon Ltd.)

The user may not re-publish the Data.
